• until 31 May 2024 – registration, submission of paper topics and abstracts
• by 15 June 2024 – acceptance of paper topics
• by 30 June 2024 – payment of the conference participation fee

Deadlines for cancellation of participation

• until 31 August 2024 – 50% of the fee refunded.
• after 31 August 2024 – no refund of the fee.
